Full Conference Registration fee includes:

Full Conference Registration fee does not include the Gala Dinner at the Fullerton Hotel and a friendly Golf tournament at NSRCC (Changi).
WELCOME RECEPTION
A welcome reception will be held on the 10 November after the Conference at Paulaner Brauhaus (S) Pte Ltd, 9 Raffles Boulevard, #01-01, Time2@Millenia Walk. All registered delegates are welcome to attend
GALA DINNER
The Gala Diner will be held on 11 November at The Fullerton Hotel. Please make your reservation for the Gala Dinner on the registration form.
GOLF TOURNAMENT
A friendly Golf Tournament will be held at the National Service Resort and Country Club on 12 November 2008 at 1.15pm. Tickets are available on a first-come-first serve basis. Interested participants may indicate their reservation on the Registration Form.
Payment Method
The registration fee should be paid in Singapore Dollars by credit card, telegraphic transfer, cheque or bank draft drawn on a bank in Singapore.

Cancellation of registration
Cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat. The refund will be 50% before 30th September 2008. No refunds will be given after 1st October 2008. Refunds if any, will be administered after the conference.
